Monthly QEC Meeting at NCS University System Peshawar: A Step Towards Academic Excellence

The periodic monthly Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) meeting of NCS University System, Peshawar, was successfully conducted to deliberate on various quality enhancement affairs and initiatives aimed at academic excellence. This meeting underscores the institution’s commitment to maintaining and improving quality standards in education and administration.

Key Agenda of the Meeting

The focal point of the meeting was the participation of NCS University System in the 5th International Conference and Annual General Meeting (AGM) organized by the Pakistan Network of Quality Assurance in Higher Education (PNQAHE).

As part of the discussion, it was highlighted that the NCS University System plans to join this prestigious event as a collaborating partner, a move that aligns with the institution’s unwavering commitment to quality assurance and fostering academic excellence. Collaborating with PNQAHE will provide valuable opportunities to:

• Showcase NCS’s contributions to higher education.
• Exchange innovative ideas and best practices with national and international institutions.
• Strengthen partnerships and expand the university’s network within the quality assurance domain.

Future Directions

The QEC team emphasized the importance of continuous improvement and proactive participation in such events to stay at the forefront of quality education standards. By collaborating with PNQAHE, NCS University System aims to further enhance its quality assurance practices and contribute to the national and global academic landscape.

Targets Set by KMU for QEC for the year 2022-2023!

The QEC meeting was held on February 09, 2023 to discuss the QEC targets set by KMU for the year 2023. The meeting was attended by the Director Campus, Head QEC, QEC Officers and IT manager NCS University System, Peshawar.

Director Campus gave a comprehensive remarks and briefed the participants about agenda discussed in meeting of all Deans/Director of affiliated institute of KMU held on February 08, 2023.

NCS University System Peshawar Big Achievement

NCS University System Peshawar has achieved place in the 2nd highest category of affiliated Institutes of Khyber Medical University in term of provison of quality education which shows our committment and dedication towards quality education at par with national standards.

Only two Institutions namely NCS University System Peshawar and Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad have achieved this milestone for the year 2021-2022.
